The Legislative Committee exists to assist membership in contacting our senators and representatives regarding issues impacting us as Farm Service Agency employees.  By making key contacts with legislative staffs in Washington D.C. and in the local offices, members can keep our representatives and senators aware of problems and concerns to providing effective service to our customers.  Also, it is key to maintaining equal standing with Federal employees in regards to pay and benefits.
